Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible. Here’s what you need to know and do if you wish to cancel a scheduled service:
1. Notify Us Early
Please inform us of your cancellation at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Early notice allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to other clients.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your appointment by calling us directly or sending an email. Be sure to include your name, appointment date, and reason for cancellation to help us process your request quickly.
3. Cancellation Fees
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to show up, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee helps cover the costs of reserving your time and resources.
4. Rescheduling
If you want to reschedule instead of canceling, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time without additional fees, provided you notify us within the 24-hour window.
5. Refunds for Prepaid Services
For prepaid services, cancellations made with proper notice will be fully refunded. If the cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window, refunds may be reduced by the cancellation fee.
6. Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected situation preventing timely cancellation, please contact us directly. We will review such cases individually and work with you to find a fair solution.
